Is it possible to get a print-out of the Firefox Help screens? How do I do it?

I'm not a computer geek and I'm having great difficulty getting my head around using Firefox with Windows 7. It might be easier if I could print out the Help Screens to create a User Manual that I could follow in step-by-step fashion, How could I do this? Thank you in advance. John Crawford.

Select the text you wan't to print out. Then pres ctrl+c and open word or notpad, and press ctrl+v then print it out.
