Why does the Video at 4moreinfo.us play in explorer but not in new installed Firefox???

I have a new pc laptop. When I run the built in explorer and go to “4moreinfo.us” it plays the video ok. I just downloaded Firefox and when I type in “4moreinfo.us” in firefox it do not play the video but only get message, “get the flash player to see this player” why? Why does the Video at 4moreinfo.us play in explorer but not in new installed Firefox???
