Your Foxfire profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible. How to fix this please? Freshly downloaded Foxfire returns this message instead of opening. Thank you

This is the third time I have downloaded Foxfire. Each time I get this message, I uninstall and start over.

First two times it opened once, then gave this message.

when I uninstalled and re-loaded today, it wouldn't even open once. What does it mean?

Thanks for reply.. I did look at that page. the message I received is not listed there. 

Oh! and I tried to start Foxfire in the safe mode - got the same message.
