it says under system scanner...i have 10 viruses in hard drive, 7 in shared documents and 3 in my documents...what do i do

If you got this when you opened a site, there is a good chance that your computer is not infected, instead what you may have seen is a bogus scan that informs you that your computer is infected. It does this to try to dupe people into installing malicious software.
To ensure that your computer is clean, run a full scan using your anti-virus program.
