i bought the comp of of someone and certain websites it says are forbidden,but the ones i would like to use are silly like you tube and radio stations and it will not allow me,and i dont know how to change the settings

You can check the connection settings and make sure that you do not use a proxy.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection

You can also check the settings in security software to make sure that you aren't getting blocked there.
