When I access www.vodafone.ie and attempt to send web texts from the site Firefox begins to run very slowly. Can anyone advise me on how to fix this problem?

Your above posted system details shows two Flash plugins.

  1. Shockwave Flash 10.0 r32
  2. Shockwave Flash 10.1 r85

You should uninstall them both and reinstall the latest 10.1 r85 version.
Flash Player uninstall: http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_14157 (this will remove the Firefox Flash plugin and the ActiveX control for IE)
