Error console pops up constantly. Can it be turned off?

The Error Console continuously pops up, which seems to warnings regarding certain sites and viruses. However, I don't recall installing the Error Console and would like to either disable it or uninstall it. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
