How do I transfer old bookmarks stored in myh computer from an older version of FF to a new version of FF currently installed on my laptop?

I had an older version (2.0 I think) installed on my lap top...then I changed Hard Drives and put the old drive into an enclosure. Now I have FF 3.something on my lap top and i want to transfer the old bookmarks. I have FF 3.6.3 or something installed now.
