I am trying to log on to my account at SketchUp. At the login page i hit get started and a black page come up except in the top left corner is typed "Firefox not responding" the page hangs a few moments then it takes me back to SketchUp login. I have not had any recent updates done or required since last logged in and that was yesterday all worked well.

Try clearing site cookies and disabling Tracking Protection for the site.

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?

I cleared cookies and changed the tracking. Now it open to a white screen blue banner at the top and a white banner on top of that where it used to say not responding is now blank. screen stays open until I hit any key and returns to login. Blank screen will not close untill some key is hit. Happens in troubleshoot

Try changing DNS over HTTPS (DoH) to "Off" or "Max Protection" and in Connection Settings change "Use system proxy settings" to "No proxy".

Does it still happen with default settings in a new browser profile? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile. Make sure you stay signed out of your sync account when testing.
