Why am I asked for a password every time I use my home computer? even if I leave it for few minuted? How can I stop it? Any reply much appreciated, thank you.

Is it asking for the primary password? see screenshot Post a screenshot of it.

This does not look like an issue with Firefox but is the screen lock controlled by the macOS settings.
