failure to load pages in a timely manner

It seems Firefox is getting worse and worse. I am now back to pages loading very slowly. My IT guys say firefox is [redacted] and go to chrome or something else but i hate transferring bookmarks. WHY can't you stabilize your [redacted] browser. Yours is the only browser my PC runs into trouble with. Makes me [redacted] furious.

Ask your IT guy to help you provide examples of the issue.
