No Video with Supported Format and MIME type found

When using Firefox, I am unable to view videos and receive the error message "No Video with Supported Format and MIME type found." This is frustrating as I am unable to view videos while working and have to download them instead. This issue does not occur when using other browsers, but I prefer Mozilla and do not want to switch to another browser because of this problem. Despite trying various solutions, none have been successful and the issue seems to be an old one. I believe the solution to this issue should not be difficult, especially since the videos are in mp4 format.

Hola, Me pasa esto en Jira con videos que son cargados como adjuntos. Pero en otros navegadores esto no pasa en lo absoluto. Adjunto los complementos y temas, incluso instale el plug in de NoPlug in especifico para este tema.

Hola No se que es Jira, son aplicaciones web o es una pagina para descargas ? se puede realizar pruebas? Si descargas el archivo que extensión tiene? Me refería si tenias los plugins que puedes ver en la imagen adjuta

Gracias por la respuesta. Tengo los mismos plugins que salen en la foto que enviaste. El formato de los videos que veo son comunes, como MP4, MOV, entre otros. De hecho puedo descargar los videos y abrirlos con firefox y se reproducen normalmente.

De todas formas, pude resolver el problema desactivando completamente para Jira la protección mejorada de sitio

ok, eso puede suceder hay sitios que al bloquear rastreadores, cookies, etc no funcionan correctamente. Solo restaría que marques la consulta como solucionada para que sirva a otros usuarios. Gracias
