I have an issue to drag a file from Outlook attachment and drop to Firefox. I have to save the file to local drive first, then drag and drop to Firefox.

I tested on Safari and Chrome, it works, I can drag and drop from Outlook to them directly.

Please fix the issue, thanks.

Hi Pat, what are you dragging and dropping on Firefox -- is it a .txt or .html file? Or is it a link to the file?

And this is from Microsoft Office Outlook as an external application?

When you drop the file in Safari or Chrome, what kind of URL does it have? For example, file:/// URL pointing to a system temp folder, or an https:// URL to a source location on the web?

Thanks.

Hi Jscher2000,

Normally I drag PDF or Office format files from Outlook365 attachment.

The URL it has is Https:// on the web.

Thanks.
