Rappport Extension message add-on disabled, but it is not.
My bank asked me to install IBM Security Rapport. Whenever I turn on my computer I get a message that it is installed, but the add-on is disabled. But when I go to enable it the only choice I have is DISable, so it must be already enabled.

Note: Any customization will revert back to default, you will also need to reinstall Extensions.
