Since I downloaded the latest firefox update my Grammarly will not work on Facebook. It works here just fine, here and now, but not on Facebook, or Facebook messenger. Grammarly says to go back to Mozilla Firefox39+. Why should I need to do that? I have to go out for about an hour. Please answer on my e-mail. thanks, Mark Be Back soon.

It seems I would think that Grammarly does not like Windows 7 and you running it's plugin/Extension.

Can you look please under Tools --> Addons then Extensions you will probably find that the Extension is not compatible with Firefox any more due to changes for security. You will need to download and install the ESR version I think for that extension to run. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

The solution recommended by Pkshadow worked like a charm. I now have full Grammarly function on Facebook as I had before the latest Mozilla Firefox update was done. Thanks for your technical support and a pat on the back for Pkshadow.--------Mark.
