FF has started opening up "We are embarased" restore page instead of my home page. My home page is set correctly and I can go there by clicking on the home ico

Since the last update, FF has opened to the page where it is trying to restore my last tabs. My home page is set correctly and I can go there by either clicking on close on the restore page or by clicking on the home icon. I have double checked the security settings and I have everything set the way it should be. How do I stop this annoying step?
