I have a Mozilla account that was corrupted moving computers. I can see the inbox but I cannot open the inbox in Mozilla, going to something that says Inbox (open with Mozilla Thunderbird) but that does not work. I can see that the inbox is 2GB, but cannot open it. Please help. Thanks!

Are you a Mozilla employee? I suppose you do have an account with your email provider. And you attempting to use Thunderbird to get your mail for this account.
