In the new "native" Android versions of Firefox (on the Aurora and Nightly channels), text is reformatted for readability as soon as you load the page, and there's an option in the preferences to control the font size. These versions of Firefox try to avoid reformatting text when it will mess up the page layout, and we're still working on the details. Feedback is welcome!
