Why won't McAfee Safekey work on firefox? It works on Internet Exployer.

I have McAfee Multi Access total protection and part of it is safekey it works on Internet Explorer but won"t on Fire Fox can someone help.

Hello,

Have you followed the instructions on the McAfee website?

If it isn't compatible for Firefox 32, you may need to e-mail them and ask them to update the add-on.

I have followed the instructions from McAfee still wont work. How do I e-mail McAfee there is no e-mail on there web sight?

Open the McAfee program and check the help listings.

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.
