don't change crap without allowing saving prior work
Updates can be great as long as you know what you're losing and can prepare. When making updates, isn't it possible for organizations to warn you so you can save your prior sessions and data before the changes take affect? It's damn annoying to lose all your work because the new updates eliminate features. Who has time for a learning curve????
