This is Flash video -- when I play an HTML5 video, it's smooth (even at 1080p).

Vimeo & Hulu play smoothly in full-screen.

If the YouTube Flash video is embedded on a non-YouTube page, it's still choppy when made fullscreen.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Flash YouTube videos play full-screen smoothly in Chrome.

I have tried unchecking the "Enable hardware acceleration" box (with no success).
