How can I make my download window show downloading and downloaded materials?te downloading or what has been downloaded
When I used to download an item, a download window appeared and showed the downloading process (moving green line) for the item I chose to download and also showed a list of all other downloads I had done. Recently, the download box comes up, but it does NOT show the downloading process and does not show a list of previously downloaded items. It is blank. How do I get the download window back to what it used to be?
