how can I remove an Adblock Plus filter

Start with

  1. Right-click on the Adblock Plus ABP icon (or extension's options in the Add-on Manager (Ctrl+Shift+A) ),
  2. "Open blockable items"

To the right of the column headings is a button. You should be able to see the Address, Filter, Type, and State columns selected.

You will probably see a lot of items blocked by one filter, click on the red X at the right under "State" to disable.

To completely remove the now grayed out filter, close the blockable items and bring up "Preferences" from the ADP options. Find the filter among your own filters ("My Ad Blocking Rules") as you had added it yourself. Right click on the filter (it will have an empty checkbox) and choose "delete".

If that answers your question please mark as solved.
