Images always showing on craigslist, enabled or not

You can check the permissions via the Tools > Page Info > Media tab and place a checkmark in the box to block images from a specific domain.

Ack. I'd like to not see photos on the search page shown above but still be able to view them when I click on the ad, in other words how it was before. Blocking images from craigslist using the method cor-el specified prevents me from seeing any images whatsoever.

You can only block images from an entire domain via the Firefox permission settings. If you need more specific blocking then look at an extension like Adblock Plus.
