When I open a new tab it opens with all the pinned page links. I used to be able to rightclick on one of them and choose to open in new tab/page. Can't figure out how to do this on the Mac (macbook pro with Mavericks OS). Keyboard shortcut help says "cmd Enter" which does nothing. I position the cursor over the tab I want, do the keyboard cmd, nothing happens. Can't find any other thing to try.

To right-click on a Mac when you don't have a multi-button mouse, hold down the Control key and press the mouse or trackpad button. For alternatives, see
