This happened when I first clicked on to Firefox. A grey box with the Firefox logo said it was critical to do this. I started to and it said it was connecting. I stopped it. The next time I turned on the computer to connect to Firefox I didn't get the warning. I checked the history to see if there were any recent upgrades and there weren't.
