On a site called keithurban.net, one place across the top is listed as "community" and below this is normaly 4 options to click on. one of which is "topics." I have been using this site for a long time, but today when I click on the community site none of the 4 choices are shown, and there is no scroll bar on the pages after just clicking on the "community" heading, so I cannot view the pages completely

(Without joining the site, I can't test whether I get the same issue.)

Try viewing the site in a completely new window, in case you are in a dialog window that doesn't allow scroll bars.
