When I am traveling, and I do a search I alway get the feedback in the local language, how do I get it to stop this and just give me english responses...

For example if I search in Dubai, I get my responses in Arabic and the line up on the screen right justified, like the language... In germany most responses are in German, etc... Not really and error, but more of a user education topic
