If I use google chrome I get all the text and pictures shown properly, but with Firefox I only get a more basic text, pictures and things like arrows missing.

Try clearing your browser cache.

Tools > Clear Recent History... - hit Details and make sure only Cache is selected, then select Everything and hit the Clear Now button.

Tools is on the Menu bar, between Bookmarks and Help.

If you hid the Menu bar, hit the Alt key, then hit T to open the Tools Menu.
