Every time I open a website other than Google, the page pretends to reload after loading and then does not fully load.

In both Firefox 3.6 and Firefox 4.0 when I open pages such as wincustomize.com, as soon as the page loads, the page goes blank as if it is reloading. However, although the URL of the website stays the same, and the page seems to continue working, the page never loads. However, when I open pages such as Google.com, the page opens as normal. Also, if i stop the pages loading after it is almost finished, then it does not switch pages. How can I fix this?
