Hola, Se puede crear un contraseña maestra que permite usar las contraseñas almacenadas y certificados personales si ingresas la contraseña maestra, pero si quieres restringir toda la información del Firefox debes crear otro usuario del sistema operativo, así es como se debe hacer.
