Are relay aliases re-assigned after they've been deleted?

I have a question, that's actually pretty simple:

Is there any information from Firefox Relay about, if an alias is re-assigned to another user after they have been deleted by the first user? Or is Relay making sure, that every alias is only used once if deleted. Otherwise you could try and to recover services and passwords from other's peoples services after they got deleted.

thanks!

Well, AFAIK they keep deleted addresses (hashed) in a separate table and they are not being re-assigned.
