I already had an e-mail account but they said I had to open a new account so I tried to do that using kimo422019@yahoo.com but it won't let me finish it, they gave me a code to put in but it won't go any where from there

Hi kimo422004,

From what I understand, you are having issues logging back into your previous account which is now asking for a password.

Did you setup 2-way verification, such as a Google Authenticator?

If so follow these steps to access your previous account:

1 Enter your 6 digit code from your Google Authenticator app from your phone for your Mozilla account. {see image attachment} 2 Click Verify, and if successful a screen will pop-up stating, "this Firefox is connected" {see image attachment} 3 You should be able to see your account information in your Firefox web browser by clicking on the top right menu button.

If you are creating a new account with your email address follow this link : Join Firefox {link}

1 Enter the new email for your Firefox account 2 Enter the password 3 Repeat the password 4 Enter your age

If you have forgot your password follow these steps to turn Sync on : I've lost my Firefox Sync account information - What to do {link}

I hope this helps or narrows it down for you!
