Hi, I Have recently downloaded Thunderbird as and alternative to incredimail but now i cant send email as it just comes up with a error of: An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.7.8 [TPG-A02] Authentication denied. User maxie_1@tpg.com.au is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again. and cant send anything out please could help with this issue many thanks bruce

Is that your email address mentioned in the error message? If so you have been banned by your provider. You need to straighten that out with them. Thunderbird just delivered the message.
