Syncing doesn't work between windows laptop and iOS.

I just downloaded firefox for iOS and logged into my firefox account. I did the same on my windows 10 laptop and synced them both. No history appeared. It says that I don't have any devices connected to this Firefox account available to sync. What's wrong?

Hi, I understand that at the moment that History is not syncing between a Desktop and IOS device. I am happy to help.

First of all, what steps are you taking to see this " You don't have any devices connected to this Firefox account", second, in the syncing settings on the PC, is History checked to sync?

For troubleshooting, first try to restart the sync by going to the gear icon and Sign out at the bottom of the menu. Clear cookies from private cache then re-launch the app and login.
