Usually when i scroll over a Persona it briefly previews it when i put my mouse over the picture. Now I have to click on it, click install, and then click "allow".

Hello Anna.

Check if javascript is enabled for that site. You can check the javascript settings under Firefox > Preferences > Content.

If it is enabled, is it possible that some recently installed extension is causing some kind of incompatibility?
