I moved your question to Firefox desktop, in that case.

I checked and couldn't get to the website as well. But seems like it's a server issue rather than Firefox. I found this from the Microsoft support site.

This information indicates that you have connected to the website, but the request has been rejected due to the website developer's settings, and a message has been returned to you.
