Went into Firefox profile to change www.google.com/accounts to accounts.google.com ( when i got to \extensions\ I did not see this file {3112ca9c-de6d-4884-a8699855de680563} therefore i didn't see \lib\ either and was not able to fix the "www.google.com/accounts. 4. Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
All these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
