How dare you deny me access to web sites?
I understand you telling me TLS, RC4, etc are not secure and I should be wary of sites still using them but how dare you prevent me doing so if I chose to? Many of them are just news sites that I do nothing even remotely secure on anyway - and I wouldn't care if they were HTTP and not HTTPS. You and Chrome/IE/etc stopping me accessing them using the latest versions simply forces me to dig out an old PC/IE8 and use that.
Congratulations on borking the internet.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is the exact error messages?
There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky,
BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure
connection certificates and send their own.
