I cannot find message 1044. I dont know how Mozzila numbering messages. I can find in sent.msf something like:{1044:^80 {(k^98:c)(s=9)B98:m } 1044 } but I dont understand it. In sent.file I can find messages but I dont know how Thunderbird numbering them, which is 1044

I think what you seriously need to consider is why you are spending any effort in looking for this at all.

What problem are you trying to fix? So your anti virus found what it thinks might be a Trojan. It is stored in Thunderbird as a text file with no ability to ever execute, so really there is no issue. We routinely recommend not allowing anti virus program to scan th mail and IMAP mail folders because they slow the program, cause data loss and really offer almost nothing in the way of security.
