This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. This is a message a friend recieved after attempting to email my fastmail account.

Is there a way to unblock an account?

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

 friarbird@fastmail.fm
   host in1-smtp.messagingengine.com [66.111.4.71]
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<friarbird@fastmail.fm>:
   554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [74.81.94.162] blocked using xbl.spamhaus.org.rbl.local; http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=74.81.94.162

This is a copy of the message, including all the headers. ------

Ask your email provider. This has nothing to do with Thunderbird. If your provider is rejecting the message it never gets to Thunderbird.
