Hey there,

Apologies for the issue, sounds very irritating :/ It seems this is a fairly widespread problem, but as the vast majority of us are volunteers (including myself) we don't have any access whatsoever to the servers for security reasons. Therefore, I've flagged this up for a member of Mozilla staff or someone who can help you better to follow it up - they should get back to you soon.

Hi Curtis Parfitt-Ford and w.s.w.g, Currently Firefox Sync does not guarantee a back up to the services when you sign up for an account. However it is strange that there is an issue with the reset password link. I do not want to say, please try again, but the link does expire I believe in 30 mins.
