Are you trying to install Flash?

If it is you can ignore the instructions about a yellow bar, they relate to old versions of Firefox.

You can download the version of Flash Player used by Firefox from http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe Run that file to install Flash.
