Problem importing ICS calendar into Thunderbird 102.0.3

I have just moved from Outlook and I have converted my PST calendar to ICS. When I try to import the ICS file, nothing happens.

The JPG shows where the import stops.

Is there a solution and if so, how do I fix it?

I don't want to have to keep Outlook around just to use its calendar.

Ok, I did not have an ICS file to import, so I went here https://www.safework.sa.gov.au/resources/public-holidays

I downloaded the file and went through the steps to import it, including selecting a select all option for get everything.

When I got to what calendar to put it in a let it create a new one and I got an option at the point where you are stuck with "start import". Have you tried letting it create a new calendar as I did?
