Over the past month I have been noticing that Firefox just absolutely runs wild with memory allocation. If you look at these screenshots you can see it hogging over 17GB of ram...

Over the weeks I have tried a few things, one of them was a clean reinstall with no existing profile folder. Is there a way for me to limit the maximum amount of usable ram or find out what exactly is doing this?

Alright, so far it seems okay. I was noticing those very large numbers after a few hours though. One of those pages talks about enabling addons one by one and testing. It will take a long time but I think I've got a plan here. Thank you.
