I just upgraded Thunderbird to version 38.1.0 on my Windows 8.1 machine. I still cannot see all of my IMAP folders in Thunderbird. This problem began the last time I upgraded Thunderbird, at about the end of May 2015. Prior to that upgrade, all my IMAP folders were visible, and I could access them without a problem; I made no changes to my IMAP account settings prior to the previous upgrade. I can still see and access all of the folders using a webmail client, but not through Thunderbird. I'd hoped that this most recent upgrade would solve this problem, but it hasn't. How do I remedy this very frustrating situation? Thanks.

Wayne - my problem has not been resolved. There's no screen shot I can post that would clarify my issue. I just do not see all of my IMAP folders within Thunderbird, but I can see and access all of them from within a webmail client in my browser. This problem began with the Thunderbird version upgrade that I installed in May 2015, and continues through the current version that I installed this month. Evidently no one else is experiencing this issue, and the developers are not responding either... Looks like it's time for a different email client for me. Thanks.

Sorry, but I can't understand what I don't see - nor would developers. I can't tell what you are seeing on the scrren - and a screen shot solves that problem

I just returned to Thunderbird. And I have the same problem. I have attached screen shots of my Thunderbird account (1.png) and my gmail window (2.png)

I would like to see all my imap folders at one place.
