That's about it, really. The middle mouse button still scrolls (and click works fine outside of Firefox), but since updating to 32.0.1 a middle-click won't open links in new tabs, or close tabs.

Help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

In your about:config page, can you search for the parameter "browser.tabs.opentabfor.middleclick" and see if it set to true?

In order to change your Firefox Configuration please do the following steps :

  1. In the Location bar, type about:config and press Enter. The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear.
  2. Click I'll be careful, I promise! to continue to the about:config page.

Hopefully that solves your problem, but if not let us know.

Note: I'm not sure that it will solve the issue of not closing tabs, I notice in my own configuration that the extension Tab Mix Plus allows me to do that.
