Having trouble downloading from old computer, to load on new computer.
I need some help. Just bought a used computer and am trying to download some of the info on my old computer (WINDOWS 7) on a flash drive. My son started the process but had to go. When I came home there was a message window that said something couldnt be completely down loaded and did I want to skip it, try again or delete. I choose to skip it, then the window came up again and I choose skip it. Then the message window closed and I think the computer quit down loading. Now I dont know where I stand on the down load. Is it done or is there more to down load and I dont know what to do. When I plugged the flash back in the popup on the screen only offered import options, no download options.

When i put the flash drive in my old computer it showed 15 GB loaded from my old computer. I dont know if thats all of my info i wanted to download. there was no popup sign to say download complete. If the flash already has some info, do i plug it in and import the download back on my old computer or just click on the import section until it is transferred back. As you can see i am lost.

That doesn't even sound like a Firefox support issue.
I switched to the Linus operating system and I'm using firefox now. I wanted to quit using windows. i have been using windows for a long time and have a lot of favorites, contacts and documents that i can't remember all of them. I want to download them on a flash drive for future reference, if needed. I know its not a firefox problem but i need help to download my old stuff so i can move forward.
I put the drive in and clicked import. it worked, thank you.
