Had the same problem using IE windows 7- I knew had to be something on my computer possibly a glitch with Windows 7 seeing as I had problems with other programs and following the same steps using the search for them and deleting worked, also I could go on my husbands laptop and RR would load (he has Vista)What I did and it worked was clear my cookies and history manually: 1) delete browsing history 2) open internet options 3) open settings under browsing history 4) select view files 5) in search pane at top right type RR 6) delete(right click select delete option) the cookies and files associated with RR that came up on the list- it might prompt delete select yes 6) close browser then reopen RR homepage should now load not sure if this will work for FF as I don't use it-but it does work for IE Windows 7 Hope this helps-
