I have the location bar set to suggest history only, but it still suggests both history and bookmarks. Any ideas on how to fix this?

If the history is completely cleared, the location will show bookmarks. If I change the location bar setting to history and bookmarks, the same bookmarks show. Setting the location bar to history only does not clear the bookmarks. Neither does setting the location bar to suggest nothing and resetting the location bar to suggest history.

If you have visited a bookmarked page then that page becomes history and as a consequence shows such a visited page.
